The Christians in Colossae have fallen prey to false teaching and an insistence on rule keeping rather than dependence on the grace of God. Traditions and practices have their place, but not at the cost of church unity or dismissal of the work of God. We explore the need for our works and practices to flow out of God activity and not our traditions and preferences.
