Honestly speaking, who has sole possession of your heart and life? Is it the promised one who was provided and positioned to rule your heart and mind? Does the one proclaimed to be the King of kings hold the top place in your life? We end our calendar year and begin our Christian year by surveying the rich story of the coming Messiah. We hope to prompt individual and communal embrace of God’s Messiah, Jesus Christ, the Lord and Savior of all!

    The Hebrew Bible (Old Testament) is filled with a collection of oracles, revelations, and predications about a future ruler. This ruler possesses attributes not necessarily indicative of an esteemed and powerful king. Yet, while not possessing these ideal traits, this ruler will represent a cosmic shift in the world and in the lives of individuals. Will we receive this prophesied ruler to be our righteousness?
