We Are Clay

The first words written about God in the Holy Scriptures are words that describe God as creator. Humans stand as the highlight of God’s creation. God has continue to walk with humans and has committed to continually working on and working with humans to shaped them into the likeness of God. When we declare that “We are clay, we make a statement of surrender and permission for God to do his work on us. It may make us uncomfortable at times, but God is a master worker and we can be sure that He knows what he is doing.
