Watching the spectacular rise of Joseph in Egypt may cause us to forget how he got there. In the unfolding narrative, Joseph and his brothers reunite, and Joseph is met with an opportunity for revenge. Family dysfunction is a real thing, and it can lead to physical, mental, and spiritual harm.
