Jehovah Sabaoth (The Lord of Hosts) means the God of Armies. Jehovah Sabaoth captures the essence of a God who is the commander of a great host of warriors that fight and win battles. The Lord of Hosts is one who has vast skill, insight, and intent to defeat whatever is in his path.
