The Epistle of James is one where the author asserts with certainty and authority that followers of Jesus display their faith in their actions. It is not enough to assert in words one?s faith. "As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead." James 2:26. This short series in James will explore some simple thoughts gleaned from this short but powerful letter.

It is a regular practice for Christians to read their bibles and listen to sermons and to become complacent in putting what they read or hear into practice.
