Come join us as we use song and scripture to recount the events according to the Gospel of John, beginning with Jesus in the Upper Room with His disciples, through the Crucifixion. Other events include a focus on Luke's account of the Last Supper, and a reflection on Matthew's account of Jesus' prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane.
Join us as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, our hope.
The New Testament teaches that the resurrection of Jesus, which Easter celebrates, is a foundation of the Christian faith. The resurrection established Jesus as the powerful Son of God and is cited as proof that God will judge the world in righteousness. God has given Christians "a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead".
Easter is linked to the Passover and Exodus from Egypt recorded in the Old Testament through the Last Supper and crucifixion that preceded the resurrection. According to the New Testament, Jesus gave the Passover meal a new meaning, as he prepared himself and his disciples for his death in the upper room during the Last Supper. He identified the loaf of bread and cup of wine as his body soon to be sacrificed and his blood soon to be shed. Paul states, "Get rid of the old yeast that you may be a new batch without yeast—as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed"; this refers to the Passover requirement to have no yeast in the house and to the allegory of Jesus as the Paschal lamb.

Located in the Fellowship Hall, the purpose is to let everyone get a better idea of what the different ministries are and to see how they can use the gifts God has given them to get involved.
If you would like, you may take the Spiritual Gift Inventory to see what your gifts are.
We will be dismissing Bible class early so everyone can attend.

Make plans to join us before you hit the trail to visit family and friends - you will be blessed.

As this body begins to discuss and identify what God desires of His family here at Reynoldsburg, the input of every member is essential. There is a form that seeks your input, in a very preliminary way, on what you desire for this body as shaped by what you believe that God desires of this body. The hope is that we collect these dreams and together we talk about them, refine them, come to a consensus regarding them and then move forward together.

Everyone is invited to come watch a video series focused on strengthening marriages. We will be watching the series: "His Needs, Her Needs" by Dr. Willard F. Harley, Jr.
We will meet on the first Saturday night of each month for the next six months. We encourage each couple to go to dinner together and then be there at 6:15 pm to watch the film as a group. We plan to be finished by 7:00 pm. If you have children 10 years or younger, free childcare begins at 5:00 pm (dinner is provided for them) here at the building. Please call the office (614) 866-6030 to let us know your child is coming.
The resurrection is the triumphant and glorious victory for every believer. Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose the third day according to the Scripture. And, He is coming again! The dead in Christ will be raised up, and those who remain and are alive at His coming will be changed and receive new, glorified bodies.
